- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business opportunities proactively.
- Responsible for providing financial advice and solutions/recommendations to clients, by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to support their financial goal and drive client loyalty.
- Stay updated about industry trends, challenges and competitive landscape in order to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Team Manager
- Recruiting more new team members and organizing staff onboarding process.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance target.

- Stay updated about industry trends, challenges and competitive landscape and ensure the team is knowledgeable.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
